Client Services & Revenue Support Assistant (Property Management)

What you'll be doing at Scale Up Philippines

• Handle property owner and guest enquiries through email, portals, and messaging platforms.
• Track occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, and property performance.
• Support pricing updates, market comparisons, and revenue tracking.
• Maintain accurate CRM, PMS, property data, calendars, and internal trackers.
• Assist with onboarding new properties and day-to-day commercial administration.

• At least 2 years of experience in property management, short-term rentals, hospitality, travel, or e-commerce operations.
• Experience using a Property Management System (PMS) and OTA platforms.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with pricing and property data.
• Willing to work full-time onsite and on a UK-aligned shift.

• Experience with PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, or Beyond.
• UK short-let or lettings experience.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Asana, or HubSpot.
• Basic WordPress or CMS experience.
