Do you charge per job post?

No. All paid tiers are flat-rate monthly. Free includes 1 active posting; Growth includes 5; Scale is unlimited. You can pause or close postings anytime without losing your seat.

What happens if I downgrade?

If you have more active postings than your new tier allows, the oldest stay live and the rest auto-pause. You can reactivate them when you upgrade again. Applications and candidates are never deleted.

Is there a contract?

No annual lock-in. All paid plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled from /employer/billing at any time. Your account stays on Free after cancellation.

How do you verify employers?

Verified status confirms a real Philippine business: registered SEC/DTI/GIS, working contact details, and at least one approved job posting. Verification is included in Growth and Scale; Free accounts can request it manually.
