We are hiring a Sales (Full-time) based in Quezon City to join our growing team. In this role you will take ownership of your work, collaborate closely with the team, and help us deliver results that matter. If you are driven, dependable, and ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers at the counter and answer phone calls
- Help clients choose the right vehicle for their needs.
- Process reservations, contracts, and driver's license verifications.
- Answer questions about rental rates, policies, and feesResolve billing disputes or vehicle change requests politely.
Requirements
- Proven experience relevant to a Sales role
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
Nice to Have
- Prior experience upselling products in a retail environment.
- Proven ability to calm angry customers and resolve disputes.
