Store Supervisor

What you'll be doing at Vino Bello

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, performance, and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in scheduling and manpower planning.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock requisitions.
• Ensure proper implementation of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Prepare operational reports and submit them to management.
• Support sales-building activities, promotions, and special events.
• Train and coach employees to improve performance and service quality.

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, café, bar, or hospitality establishment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned at Westborough Town Center, Silang, Cavite.
