Virtual Bookkeeping / Accounting Support Work Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT Work Setup: Office-Based Location: Clark Freeport Zone – Phil Excel Business Park Job Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Virtual Bookkeeping / Accounting Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing bookkeeping and payroll functions across multiple entities while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. This role requires strong expertise in Xero and solid accounting experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping functions across 16 entities and approximately 30 bank accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances
- Prepare and manage payroll through Xero while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant with several years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency in Xero is mandatory
- Strong experience in payroll processing using Xero
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
