Virtual Property Sales Management Support (Female) Work Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT Work Setup: Office-Based Location: Clark Freeport Zone – Phil Excel Business Park Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and organised Virtual Property Sales Management Support professional to assist with sales, marketing, and administrative functions within a fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate should have previous virtual real estate support experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct prospecting activities, including outbound calling to potential clients
- Assist in the initial stages of sales management and lead coordination
- Provide marketing support and coordinate promotional activities
- Prepare, manage, and send newsletters
- Perform basic administrative tasks and general support functions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients
Requirements
- Previous virtual real estate support experience is required
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Nice to Have
- Basic graphic design skills
