Virtual Real Estate Marketing Support (Full-Time) Work Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT Work Setup: Office-Based Location: Clark Freeport Zone – Phil Excel Business Park Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Virtual Real Estate Marketing Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing materials and executing digital campaigns for commercial property listings. This role requires strong graphic design skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for commercial property listings
- Create engaging social media content, including posts, reel covers, and digital advertisements
- Design high-quality commercial property brochures, Offering Memorandums (OMs), and Information Memorandums (IMs)
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design and marketing support
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Canva, and CapCut is mandatory
Nice to Have
- Real estate industry experience is highly desirable
