Responsibilities
- Sales & Productivity: Achieve monthly sales targets (policy count, premium volume, and persistency rates).
- Customer Engagement: Actively prospect within EastWest Bank's customer base, cross-selling and up-selling, and building long-term client relationships.
- Financial Planning: Conduct needs-based analysis to recommend suitable insurance, retirement, and investment solutions.
- On-site Collaboration: Work within EastWest bank branches, collaborating with bank staff to support clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintain high standards of customer service from application through to policy delivery and beyond.
Requirements
- Associate Graduate or 2 years in college and at least have 2 years experience in Sales or Customer Service, any Sales Experience.
- Bachelor's Graduate and at least 1 year experience in Sales or Customer Service, Retail, Automotive and Medical Representative preferably in a financial institutions.

- Have financial advisor experience
