The Entertainment Center Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the entertainment center, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth operations, staff discipline, cleanliness, safety, and high guest satisfaction across all areas including bowling, karaoke, arcade games, billiards, food & beverage, and other entertainment activities. The supervisor will lead the operational team during shifts, solve guest concerns, monitor staff performance, and ensure the venue maintains premium service standards at all times.
