Overseas hiring trust

Three approvals before an overseas job can appear

A foreign employer cannot publish directly. A licensed Philippine agency must be the agency of record, and Jobly rechecks current evidence whenever a listing is approved or displayed.

Foreign principal identity

Company registration, current business license, and authorized-signatory evidence are privately uploaded and human-reviewed.

Licensed Philippine agency

The publishing agency must have a verified, unexpired DMW license and an active no-worker-fee pledge.

Job-order authority

The recruitment agreement, master employment contract, accreditation evidence, job order, contingency plan, and principal undertaking must be approved and match the manpower request.

No prohibited worker fees

Jobly does not collect recruitment or placement fees from workers. Report any request for money immediately.

Platform review is not legal accreditation

DMW and Migrant Workers Office requirements still apply. Jobly can reject or hide a listing, but only the competent authorities and licensed agency can establish legal recruitment and deployment authority.
