Mandarin & Cantonese Outbound Sales Representative (Remote) Also known as: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Project: Restaurant Online Ordering Software Department: Sales / Business Development Work Arrangement: Remote About the Role Agents Only Technologies Inc., A Teleperformance Company, is looking for fluent Mandarin and Cantonese speaking Outbound Sales Representatives to support a US based client that provides online ordering software for restaurants. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to Chinese restaurant owners in the United States, introducing the client’s online ordering solution, qualifying potential customers, booking product demonstrations, and supporting the onboarding process for restaurants that sign up. This is a sales and business development role, not a customer support position. The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, engaging business owners, identifying their needs, and moving qualified prospects through the sales process. Key Responsibilities •Make outbound calls to Chinese restaurant owners across the United States. •Introduce and explain the client’s online ordering software and its benefits. •Prospect and identify potential restaurant customers. •Qualify leads based on business needs, requirements, and buying potential. •Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with restaurant owners. •Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects. •Follow up with prospects through phone, WeChat, and email. •Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities. •Coordinate with the client team for qualified leads, demos, and onboarding. •Assist with the initial onboarding process for restaurants that sign up. •Meet assigned sales, outreach, qualification, and conversion targets. •Provide feedback on prospect responses, objections, and market opportunities. Language Requirements This role involves daily outbound conversations with business owners who conduct business in •Mandarin and Cantonese, so working fluency in both is required for the position. •Fluent Mandarin: Required •Fluent Cantonese: Required •Working proficiency in English: Required •Must be able to communicate effectively with the client and internal team. •Must be comfortable understanding instructions, discussing sales activities, and providing updates in English. Sales & Experience •Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, business development, telemarketing, or merchant acquisition is preferred. •Experience working with restaurants, POS systems, payment solutions, merchant services, online ordering platforms, or SaaS is highly preferred. •Comfortable making high volume outbound calls. •Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills. •Confident in communicating with business owners and decision makers. •Strong objection handling and persuasion skills. •Customer focused with a strong sales mindset. •Comfortable using CRM systems, communication tools, and other sales platforms. •Able to work independently in a remote environment.
