In 2019, a rapidly expanding property management company operating in Eau Claire experienced significant growth, increasing its portfolio from under 400 to 1,800 properties within a short period. While this expansion created new opportunities, it also introduced operational complexities that required a more sustainable approach to workflow management and team structure. To address this, leadership explored ways to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining high service standards. This included developing structured training programs and integrating internationally based team members into daily business functions. Through this process, it became evident that with the right systems, training, and oversight, globally distributed teams could seamlessly support core business operations. This experience laid the foundation for what is now Prosper Virtual Assistants. Today, Prosper Virtual Assistants focuses on preparing highly trained professionals through hands-on learning and real-world application. The company operates a dedicated training facility in Cebu City, where team members are developed using structured programs aligned with actual business workflows.
