Foreign Principal Terms

Jobly connects verified foreign principals with licensed Philippine recruitment agencies. Jobly is not the principal's recruiter, does not replace DMW or Migrant Workers Office approval, and does not permit a foreign principal to publish or recruit Filipino workers directly.
Principal declarations
You confirm that company information and uploaded documents are authentic and current; requests exclude household and domestic work at launch; workers will not be charged prohibited recruitment or placement fees; and hiring will proceed only through the licensed Philippine agency of record.
Compliance review
Jobly may suspend, reject, or remove a request, document, job order, company, or listing when evidence is missing, expired, inconsistent, or revoked. Platform approval is an internal publication control and is not legal accreditation.
Documents
Compliance documents are stored privately and may be accessed by authorized Jobly reviewers. Retention and lawful disclosure follow the Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
